Privacy Policy

We receive account details such as your name, email address, and authentication identifier from Clerk. We store the workspace profile, instructions, preferences, and records you create in Autowind.

When you connect a service, we process the messages, calendar events, issues, files, and related metadata needed to create briefs, track commitments, and prepare drafts. We also keep integration status, product configuration, basic operational logs, and subscription state from Polar. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

We use this information to run your office, authenticate you, synchronize connected sources, generate requested work, provide support, secure the service, and administer billing.

We do not sell personal information or use workspace content for advertising. Your connected data is processed to provide and improve the office you asked us to operate.

Stored OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database. Production traffic uses encrypted transport, and durable application data relies on the encryption-at-rest controls of our managed infrastructure.

We share data only with vendors needed to deliver the service, including authentication, hosting, database, model, billing, and the integrations you choose, or when law and safety require it. Those vendors receive only the access needed for their role.

We retain workspace information while your account is active and as needed for security, billing, legal obligations, and recoverable backups. Fixed deletion windows are still being formalized for v1; we will state them here when they are established.

You can disconnect integrations in the product. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data, contact hello@autowind.dev. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
