Terms of Service

You may use Autowind for lawful professional work and must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use connected services only when you are authorized to do so.

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content and operate your office for you.

Autowind prepares briefs, recommendations, and outbound drafts. Outbound messages remain behind an explicit approval step: you are responsible for reviewing accuracy, recipients, and final wording before anything is sent in your name.

Generated output can be incomplete or wrong. Autowind is an operational aid, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

When you connect a third-party service, its own terms still apply. You can disconnect an integration from Autowind; some providers may also require revocation in their own account settings.

Paid plans are billed through Polar. Prices, renewal periods, taxes, and cancellation terms shown at checkout are the terms for that purchase.

Autowind is an early v1 service. We work to keep it dependable, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will remain unchanged. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or the law.

If these terms materially change, we will update the date and version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
